We have been hobby breeders of Pomeranians, for ten years  now. During that time we’ve come to thoroughly love and enjoy this lively, small, and absolutely adorable Toy breed.
              It has always been our belief that the pups we’ve offered for sale should be treated as more than mere pets. Therefore, we have never had more than four “under foot” at any given time. Knowing that they would be purchased to be loving and loved members of some new family soon, we chose to care for them as family members in our home, as well; our dogs have never been kept in a kennel environment! All our pups are therefore well socialized to a human environment at time of sale. At this time, we have decided to add a second small breed to our “home raised” environment; the elegant, unique and beautiful Italian Greyhound (IG’s). We are now trying our hand at breeding and showing them, as well.

1.  This paragraph pertains to all puppies regardless of whether pet / show / breeding.  Adult or puppy MUST be taken to a licensed vet within three working days. Shots and worming MUST be keep up to date, or this guarantee is NULL & VOID! SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BILLS INCURRED BY BUYER ONCE PUP LEAVES MY POSESSION!  If this dog dies within 14 days from disease or defect, I will replace it with pup of equal or better value for up to six months.  If after six months I still don't have one available, I will refund purchase price only. All shipping involved is at buyers expense.

2.  PET---This dog will be sold with LIMITED REGISTRATION & SPAY / NEUTER contract.  Two year genetic guarantee from date of sale, replacement puppy only.
3.  BREEDING---Guarantee of no major faults for that breed.  TO APPROVED HOMES ONLY !!  I do not sell to anyone who sells to pet shops or brokers.  FULL REGISTRATION
4.  SHOW---show contract dealt with on a case by case basis.

NOTE: I require a non-refundable deposit in order to hold a puppy, deposit must be sent in a trackable method and only in the payment forms that I accept.  Ask me for more details before you put down a deposit.

I will take back the dog for the LIFE of the dog, if for ANY reason you cannot keep the dog.

The Puppy or Dog will come with all their shots up to date, worming, vet check, and large sample of feed.

 Micochipping, shipping, crate and all shipping expenses are at buyer's expense. 

I do Genetic test on all my adult dogs before breeding, PRA and vWD (IG'S only for vWD)

Von Willebrand's Disease: vWD is a bleeding disorder.  Dogs with vWD may hemorrhage from the nose, vagina, uninary bladder or oral mucous membranes. Death may occur. vWD is diagnosed by a blood test. All my dogs are tested before breeding,  This is very important, vWD is a severe problem in the IG's!  Insist on testing before purchase!
